What you will do

• Manage and configure the commercial tech stack, including HubSpot, Customer.io, and PandaDoc.
• Develop automations, integrations, and dashboards to support commercial initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and provide training to commercial teams.
• Collaborate with revenue stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements.
• Safeguard data quality by reviewing workflows and refining automation logic.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across systems to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Eindhoven HQ (Hybrid)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience in system operations, CRM administration, or sales/marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and automation platform.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Knowledge of the e-commerce or logistics industry.
