What you will do

• Configure and test CPRS/VistA clinical artifacts including TIU notes, templates, order sets, and clinical reminders.
• Develop and execute validation and test scripts for clinical enhancements across pre-production and production environments.
• Support Clinical Initial Operating Capability (IOC) patch testing and author Clinical Acceptance Validation documentation.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into configured, testable solutions.
• Provide build, test, and end-user support to clinical staff during electronic health record modernization.
• Maintain configuration documentation and adhere to HIPAA and FISMA quality and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be a US resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years of clinical informatics experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with CPRS/VistA configuration, including TIU notes, orders, and clinical reminders.
• Experience installing and updating National Clinical Reminders via Reminder Exchange.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.
• Experience providing end-user training and support in a clinical or hospital environment.
