What you will do
- Manage and resolve client support tickets within established SLAs.
- Perform system configurations using internal tools and project management systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support annual enrollment benefits reviews and coordinate related workflows.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and pre-launch testing to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS client support or technical implementation.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and ticketing systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with QA processes and testing procedures is preferred.
