What you will do

• Develop and execute an annual regional strategy aligned with global startup plans and marketing priorities.
• Embed the brand within tier-one venture capital firms, accelerator programs, and tech partner networks.
• Launch and manage a startup advocacy and ambassadors program to drive organic growth.
• Plan and manage in-person and virtual events targeting startup audiences in major hubs.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with influential investor and founder communities.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to amplify startup customer experiences and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the technology sector.
• Deep familiarity with startup ecosystems, including VCs, accelerators, and incubators.
• Proven ability to cultivate high-value relationships with founders and investors.
• Strong track record of generating qualified marketing pipeline and revenue growth.
• AI-first mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or working directly with VCs and accelerators.
• Deep familiarity with the London or European startup ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in nurturing self-sustaining startup communities.
