Risk Advisor

Location: New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 annual OTE, plus potential variable compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end while delivering high-quality service.
• Assess client exposures, participate in risk analyses, and deliver tailored risk and coverage solutions.
• Build scalable playbooks and repeatable best practices for the risk vertical.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Ops, underwriting, and operations teams to improve client execution and solutions.
• Translate client needs into actionable insights and track metrics to identify expansion, efficiency, and impact opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in commercial insurance, risk management, or client advisory.
• Ability to lead high-stakes client conversations and present analyses or proposals.
• Experience evaluating complex coverage programs and synthesizing risk, coverage, and cost considerations.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and motivation to become a trusted advisor to business leaders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
