What you will do

• Act as a technical liaison, translating complex client requirements into actionable specifications for product and engineering teams.
• Configure and fine-tune applications to meet specific client workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end problem-to-resolution pipeline for technical issues.
• Lead application change projects using project management frameworks to track status and deadlines.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Account Management, DBA, Product, and System Engineering teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical or timeline risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in product implementation, technical support, or client-facing roles.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical project management or coordination experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with real estate industry concepts.
• Experience with SQL or programming languages.
