What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations for executive and corporate social media accounts, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute social strategies that support marketing goals and qualified demand pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain executive social presence programs, including ghost-writing and thought leadership content.
- Design and run structured social outreach motions in partnership with Sales and Demand Gen teams.
- Create high-quality, on-brand content including posts, threads, carousels, and short video concepts.
- Establish and manage a streamlined content approval workflow ensuring brand and legal compliance.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in B2B social account management.
- Proven track record of managing executive LinkedIn programs and thought leadership initiatives.
- Experience using social media as part of an integrated demand generation or ABM motion.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different executives.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, KPI setting, and data-driven optimization.
- Must be based in the US and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with identity, fraud, risk, fintech, or cybersecurity domains.
- Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social.
- Basic familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
