Salary: $131,000–$178,000 (Base salary, 50/50 split with commission)

What you will do
- Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Lead compelling demos that differentiate the platform and communicate value with clarity.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver thorough technical evaluations.
- Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Travel up to 15% to support deals and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Texas, California, or New York.
- 5+ years in software sales with a strong prospecting background.
- 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision-makers.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools.
- Experience with GenAI and Agentic development tools.

- Technical background or meaningful experience with open source software.
- Curiosity about emerging AI workflows and general tech trends.
