Account Director, Enterprise (Fintech): Managing and growing strategic customer relationships for a phone-centric identity tokenization platform with an accent on revenue protection, renewals, and upselling complex SaaS solutions. Focus on building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients in the fintech and security sectors, conducting QBRs, and driving sales growth through consultative engagement.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid roles in Chicago, Denver, or New York).

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 plus sales incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive renewals, price increases, and upselling additional products and services.
  • Organize and host onsite QBRs with client executive teams to align on goals and partnership strategies.
  • Manage and forecast contracted revenue accurately while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business needs, priorities, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide thought leadership and strategic solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS solutions with a track record of closing enterprise deals over $250k.
  • hirify.globaln experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or high-growth tech startups.
  • Strong history of quota attainment and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology simply and articulately to business prospects.
  • Deep understanding of the security ecosystem with a focus on identity.
