What you will do

• Own the global manufacturing industry strategy for AR glasses, including target accounts and market priorities.
• Identify and refine manufacturing workflows for AR integration, such as remote assistance, digital work instructions, and equipment maintenance.
• Build and enable a robust ecosystem of services and solution partners to deliver scalable industry offerings.
• Manage the full customer pipeline and sales cycles, from initial engagement to executive buy-in and commercial progression.
• Represent the company at major global industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to inform the product roadmap and launch readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or GTM roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven success in owning vertical go-to-market motions or complex enterprise business development.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in operations, IT, and digital transformation.
• Track record of developing partner ecosystems and bringing joint offerings to market.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to travel as needed for industry events and customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with augmented reality, mixed reality, or wearable enterprise technology.
• Familiarity with industrial software providers and systems integrators.
• Prior experience at companies like Microsoft HoloLens or Magic Leap.
