What you will do

• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings, revenue targets, and margin management.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, serving as a trusted advisor for senior executives.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex consulting engagements to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue, and convert a pipeline of business development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous professional development and innovation within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital to enhance the organizational brand in the industry.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of executing complex projects in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology within the Manufacturing and Energy sectors.
• Eligibility: Must have valid US work authorization and be based in the US.
