What you will do
- Manage a regional portfolio of banks and payment providers, oversee the entire lifecycle from onboard to offboard.
- Collaborate with internal product, sales, and operations teams to align correspondent bank solutions with business strategies.
- Optimize pric and rout strategies to reduce costs and increase transparency in international payments.
- Conduct due diligence, RFI, and RFP processes for payment service providers.
- Act as the primary contact for market-specific escalations and coordinate responses to crisis events.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Correspondent Bank Management function.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in the financial institutions payments industry.
- Deep knowledge of payments, liquidity management, and multi-jurisdictional regulations.
- Proven experience manag third-party cash agent banks.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-build skills to collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance functions.
- Analytical ability to assess geopolitical, legal, and operational risks.
- Must be based in London to support hybrid work requirements.
