What you will do

• Monitor client, regulatory, and internal guidelines using pre-trade systems such as Bloomberg AIM.
• Review and validate pre-trade alerts, ensuring accuracy and performing appropriate escalations.
• Code new compliance rules and update existing rules within pre-trade systems.
• Maintain and improve pre-trade processes with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and automation.
• Build effective relationships with fund managers and stakeholders to resolve monitoring issues.
• Produce management information and reporting for distribution across the business.

Requirements

• Experience in trade compliance, investment monitoring, or a related financial risk area.
• Strong understanding of investment processes, financial markets, and asset types.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, or similar compliance systems.
• Solid Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and strong communication skills.
• English: B2+ proficiency required
