What you will do

• Process payment instructions accurately and timely, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Manage the execution, reconciliation, and approval of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external counterparties to resolve queries promptly.
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations and Post-Onboarding Client Servicing to ensure smooth operational alignment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes, contributing to automation and risk reduction.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior analysts to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services with a Payments background.
• Strong understanding of payment rails: SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS, and FPS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Methodical and numerate approach with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility and resilience to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
