What you will do

• Conduct merchant underwriting and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Evaluate merchant business models, financial health, and acquiring exposure.
• Make critical go/no-go decisions on merchant onboarding.
• Define and implement risk controls, including limits and settlement terms.
• Monitor transactions for anomalies and fraud patterns to prevent financial loss.
• Optimize fraud rules and risk systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in acquiring, PSP, payments, or issuing.
• Strong understanding of settlement cycles, chargebacks, and fraud risk.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Languages: English and Russian required.
• Experience working within the fintech industry.
