What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall fraud risk strategy for the hirify.global Pay Card Program.
• Lead and coordinate all fraud prevention and operations activities.
• Define and monitor risk policies and metrics to optimize authorization approval rates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement robust fraud prevention systems.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders and partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of card operations specialists.

Requirements

• English: Fluent required.
• Extensive experience in fraud prevention at a card issuer, network, or processor.
• Deep technical knowledge of payment authorization, 3D Secure, and risk scoring models.
• Proven experience managing teams to meet operational deadlines and targets.
• Experience with dispute management, chargebacks, and regulatory reporting.
• Must be based within commuting distance of London.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or other languages.
• Experience with corporate credit card programs.
