Location: Must be based in Canada

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding for new customers to ensure successful implementation and integration.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing training and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address complex challenges and improve product functionality.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for growth, including upsell and cross-sell.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure long-term customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or SDLC.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
