What you will do
- Lead onboarding for new customers to ensure successful implementation and integration.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing training and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address complex challenges and improve product functionality.
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for growth, including upsell and cross-sell.
- Partner with Sales to ensure long-term customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS company.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or SDLC.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
