Senior Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in Canada. Requires 25-50% annual travel to engage directly with clients.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert for the Cyera Platform and a trusted advisor for both practitioners and executives.
• Drive platform adoption through structured onboarding, training, and the design of customized use cases.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure customers maximize their return on investment.
• Advocate for the customer's voice by providing feedback to influence the product roadmap and development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor overall customer health through key usage indicators.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and mentor team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, and infrastructure (IAM, networking, compute assets).
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
• Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
• Proven track record in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• Ability to travel 25-50% annually.
