What you will do
- Act as the primary technical expert for the Platform and a trusted advisor for both practitioners and executives.
- Drive platform adoption through structured onboarding, training, and the design of customized use cases.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure customers maximize their return on investment.
- Advocate for the customer's voice by providing feedback to influence the product roadmap and development.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor overall customer health through key usage indicators.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, and infrastructure (IAM, networking, compute assets).
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
- Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
- Proven track record in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
- Ability to travel 25-50% annually.
