Salary: CAD $180,000 - $230,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Manage the post-sale journey for accounting firms, focusing on onboarding, activation, expansion, and renewal.
• Design repeatable processes for the accountant lifecycle, including education, adoption, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Growth to build a repeatable customer growth playbook.
• Optimize key metrics such as activation rates, net revenue retention, and expansion velocity.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience managing customer relationships and driving outcomes in SaaS.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada (In-person 4 days/week).
• Proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
• Experience supporting a technical audience.
• Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CPA, EA, or Tax LLM.
• Experience as a founder or having been self-employed.
