What you will do

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to finalize right of way and pole attachment agreements.
• Monitor agreement performance, including renewals, amendments, terminations, and payment processing.
• Maintain and update access management databases to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare reports on access management activities for management and client review.
• Manage Vendor Engagement Tickets to ensure timely completion of access requests.
• Create document turnover packages to verify project compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in contract management, specifically in right of way or pole attachment acquisition.
• Background in telecom, outside plant design, or network planning.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software like LeaseNet.
