What you will do
- Serve as Contracts Lead for the F-35 Production Business Unit, providing strategic oversight across production, obsolescence, and support equipment contracts.
- Lead and develop a contracts team covering negotiation, administration, execution, and compliance activities.
- Partner with Business Unit Program and Finance leadership on contractual strategy and program execution.
- Direct negotiations with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring policy and contractual compliance.
- Advise on contract interpretation, risk assessment, terms and conditions, and regulatory compliance across the contract lifecycle.
- Oversee contract changes/modifications and communicate contractual status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Significant experience with USG contracting and working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
- Significant proposal/capture experience.
- Significant experience with OEM product production contracting, including production during ongoing product development.
- US citizenship required to obtain a Secret security clearance.
