What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex services agreements.
• Support responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Identify and mitigate legal, technical, and business issues and risks.
• Assist with resolution of contract-related disputes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Tax, and Accounting to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze and interpret basic financial data and business concepts to assess impacts of alternative courses of action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience with complex Contracts & Negotiations, including drafting/interpreting complex contracts and advising on legal/contractual/technical and/or business requirements.
• Fluent English and Spanish with experience working on contracts in both languages.
• Ability to multitask and manage a complex, demanding workload.
• Ability to build and maintain client (internal and external) relationships and work effectively with teams.
• Willingness to travel 10% annually; applicant can live within a 50-mile radius of a major airport.

Nice to have

• Master's or Juris Doctorate degree.
• At least 5 years in Information Technology transactional support and/or legal and business interpretation of general services scope and contracts.
• 2+ years of experience in outsourcing agreements.
