What you will do

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for community customers (accounts under $5K monthly spend).
  • Stay responsive to customer inquiries, technical requests, and timeline follow-ups to maximize satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify issues across your customer book and coordinate internal teams to resolve them.
  • Use AI tools daily to automate workflows, surface insights, and optimize customer success operations.
  • Handle messaging compliance questions, content guidelines, registration timelines, and compliance reviews.
  • Review prospective traffic for compliance, coordinate with the Messaging Team, and maintain/manage large datasets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience supporting a highly technical product (APIs, telecom, SaaS infrastructure, or similar) OR 2+ years of project management experience in a technical/professional setting (telecommunications background is a plus).
  • Technically fluent and comfortable digging into how a complex product works, reading documentation, and troubleshooting without hand-holding.
  • AI-forward mindset: actively use AI tools in day-to-day work and look for ways to apply them to customer success workflows and process automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and ability to weigh pros/cons and downstream effects.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong project management and workflow-building ability.
