Salary: $130,000 - $135,000/yr

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions and provide wellness counseling.

• Collaborate with physicians under state-required agreements.
• Utilize AI-powered technology and proprietary EMR to deliver virtual-first care.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience (adults and pediatrics).
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in at least 7 states (must include 2 of CA, TX, or FL).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work a weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 6a-6p PST).
