What you will do

• Lead live and asynchronous onboarding training for new Nurse Practitioners to ensure alignment with standards of excellence.
• Design and oversee longitudinal training programs for continuous professional growth and adoption of new tools.
• Oversee quality assurance by auditing documentation, workflows, and clinical interactions.
• Analyze QA findings to identify gaps and translate them into targeted training and coaching.
• Maintain and optimize training content using the Learning Management System (LMS) and eLearning tools.

Requirements

• Masters in Nursing (DNP preferred).
• Active APRN license with national certification (FNP/AGNP) in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality and training.
• Direct experience in oncology and/or palliative care training.
• Proficiency in strategic program design and LMS administration.
• Comfort with technology including Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records.

• Experience leveraging AI-enabled QA and training platforms.
