What you will do

  • Act as the exclusive point of contact for client renewal processes from start to finish.
  • Facilitate policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting on renewals; deliver quotes that meet or exceed client requests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and wholesalers as the liaison between clients and carriers.
  • Identify account rounding opportunities to reduce coverage gaps and potential exposure to risk.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: answer inquiries, handle policy changes/endorsements, billing issues, and issue certificates of insurance.
  • Compile document bundles to bind policies, collect payment, and update internal systems including Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in insurance and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Current P&C license.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency learning new software; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit.
