• Route files efficiently based on risk level and eligibility requirements.
• Apply specific regional and product-based rules to ensure accurate processing.
• Handle order modifications including biodata updates and credential changes.
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly master complex decision frameworks and criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
