Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client needs.
  • Collaborate with service teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis.
  • Maintain accountability for account revenue, profitability, and project timelines.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance requirements including HIPAA, ERISA, and PPACA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of benefits consulting experience required.
  • Valid life and health insurance license required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Health Care Reform and insurance products.
  • Ability to influence and interact effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Danvers, Canton, or Pittsfield, MA.
