What you will do

• Build and document components in Figma using an existing design system.
• Prototype interactions and layouts for stakeholder and user testing.
• Implement components in Next.js and Tailwind CSS for production-ready features.
• Own the translation layer between design intent and production code to reduce handoff friction.
• Integrate AI tools like Figma AI and coding assistants into daily workflows.
• Evolve the team's AI tooling ecosystem through experimentation.

Requirements

• Spanish: C1 level required for client meetings.
• English: B1 level required for internal collaboration.
• 3-4 years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout).
• Solid experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) and UX research methods.
• Ability to work in the Mexico City timezone.
