What you will do

• Define front-end architecture and technical strategy for scalable platforms.
• Lead back-end development and API architecture using Node.js and Python.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team quality and craft.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia (applications from outside Colombia will not be considered).
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in React or Angular with strong TypeScript skills.
• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js or Python.
• Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrable experience integrating AI services into production systems.
