What you will do

• Lead the migration of the marketing site and customer funnels from Webflow to Next.js, Vercel, and Payload CMS.
• Architect programmatic landing page templates for VIP accounts with edge personalization to eliminate layout shifts.
• Implement robust in-platform tracking to provide sales teams with full visibility into account activity.
• Optimize data flows and API payloads from PostHog and outbound tools into Salesforce CRM.
• Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure, including server-side A/B tests for conversion loops.

Requirements

• Deep technical mastery of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Direct experience with headless CMS tools such as Payload CMS or Strapi.
• Proficiency with Vercel, including Edge Middleware and Edge Functions for low-latency personalization.
• Advanced knowledge of event tracking architectures using PostHog, Mixpanel, or Segment.
• Experience managing data flows into enterprise CRMs like Salesforce.
• Proven track record of independent building and extreme ownership from scratch.
