What you will do

• Design and maintain Python backend services, including REST/GraphQL APIs and external integrations.
• Implement AI/LLM-powered workflows using RAG, agentic orchestration, and prompt/guardrail patterns.
• Translate UX designs and Figma wireframes into clean, responsive frontend code using React and Tailwind.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to break down requirements and deliver features in iterative increments.
• Ensure high engineering standards through unit/integration testing and secure CI/CD practices.
• Diagnose and resolve full-stack issues across the backend, integrations, and frontend.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production Python services.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain).
• Strong proficiency in API design (REST/JSON) and data modeling (SQL/NoSQL).
• Working proficiency with React (Vue/Angular experience is acceptable if willing to switch to React).
• Experience with cloud-native development (AWS preferred) and containerization/orchestration.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for employment benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent graphs and human-in-the-loop AI flows.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, message buses, and workflow engines.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with reusable UI component libraries such as shadcn or Material.
