What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing ambulatory healthcare client accounts with a primary focus on revenue expansion.
- Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies aligned with company revenue objectives.
- Identify expansion opportunities using account segmentation, service utilization, and industry trends.
- Build and execute account-specific growth plans and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver scalable growth motions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions to business and compliance needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or revenue-focused growth roles.
- Proven success driving revenue growth within existing client accounts.
- Strong background in cross-selling and upselling services in a B2B, MSP, or healthcare technology environment.
- Experience with ambulatory healthcare, physician practices, or outpatient clinics is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and ability to forecast expansion revenue.
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data standards.
