What you will do

• Drive alignment with clients around modern cloud and AI-driven data platforms.
• Develop and execute account plans to deepen engagement and territory growth.
• Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
• Manage pipeline development, opportunity progression, and revenue forecasting.
• Partner with internal teams, SIs, CSPs, and ISVs to advance sales cycles.
• Articulate the value and ROI of hirify.global solutions to customer business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record of driving new business and account expansion.
• Experience building relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders (Director/VP).
• Familiarity with healthcare and life sciences industry.
• Understanding of AI, data, and analytics trends.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
