Compensation: $270,000 - $290,000 OTE (Base $130K – $145K + Commission & Equity)

What you will do
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting of hospitals and health systems.
- Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.
- Negotiate and structure major commercial agreements, including MSAs and multi-product deals.
- Build and foster long-term relationships with C-Suite executives across healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product innovation and client needs.
- Optimize sales strategies to maximize economic outcomes and accelerate product adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful experience in healthcare technology sales, specifically selling to hospitals and health systems.
- 10+ years of overall sales experience.
- Proven track record of cold prospecting and opening new logos within healthcare systems.
- Deep understanding of hospital/health system operations and technology needs.
- Experience negotiating and securing MSAs and strategic partnership agreements.
- Must maintain compliance with healthcare facility requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare staffing or workforce management technology platforms.
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Established network within the hospital and health system market.
