Location: Remote (Must be based in the US - E-Verify company)

Compensation: $270,000 - $290,000 OTE (Base $130K – $145K + Commission & Equity)

What you will do

  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting of hospitals and health systems.
  • Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.
  • Negotiate and structure major commercial agreements, including MSAs and multi-product deals.
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with C-Suite executives across healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product innovation and client needs.
  • Optimize sales strategies to maximize economic outcomes and accelerate product adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful experience in healthcare technology sales, specifically selling to hospitals and health systems.
  • 10+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Proven track record of cold prospecting and opening new logos within healthcare systems.
  • Deep understanding of hospital/health system operations and technology needs.
  • Experience negotiating and securing MSAs and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Must maintain compliance with healthcare facility requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare staffing or workforce management technology platforms.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Established network within the hospital and health system market.
