What you will do

  • Own and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts in North America.
  • Build and maintain a qualified expansion pipeline to consistently achieve revenue quotas.
  • Execute targeted account-based motions (ABM) to engage new stakeholders and uncover whitespace.
  • Develop outcome-based business cases grounded in customer data to demonstrate risk reduction and efficiency gains.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC and Salesforce to qualify deals and maintain precise forecasting hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing teams to align commercial outcomes with relationship health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing ARR via expansion motions.
  • Experience multithreading and building champions across new stakeholder groups in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Strong Salesforce hygiene and experience with Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and a data-driven approach to storytelling.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Seattle, WA, USA.
