What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Managed Services and cross-sell services in partnership with Shared Services leadership.
- Own the end-to-end sales process: client communication, presentations, proposals, pricing negotiation, and deal closing.
- Drive pipeline growth through lead generation, prospecting, and achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, including renewals and expansions.
- Set operational vision and mentor operational leadership to support network technology needs for clients.
- Direct managed infrastructure operations: define procedures, monitor and troubleshoot incidents, and guide technical staff using proven investigation and resolution techniques.
- Lead team direction and development, including training, performance reviews, and managing in-house and outsourced staffing allocation.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a Managed Services environment with proven experience building and scaling Managed Services business/consulting practices.
- Ability to engage senior client management and present effectively to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and manage strategic external industry networks.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
