What you will do

• Manage the strategic efforts required to deliver identity security solutions to enterprise customers.
• Oversee project financials, profitability, and productivity for your team's portfolio.
• Partner with sales teams to own service portions of deals, including proposals and SOW generation.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engagement managers and project staff.
• Collaborate with the Resource Management Office to prioritize and align staff resources with business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience at a software, SaaS, or consulting company.
• 3+ years of project management experience including budget, scope, and risk management.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a passion for mentorship.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic is required for this role.
• Extensive experience working with sales teams to scope services projects for enterprise software.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
