Engagement Manager

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Partner with sales teams to generate proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and performance updates.
• Collaborate with the Resourcing Management Office to staff projects effectively.
• Identify opportunities for expanding product and service usage within existing accounts.
• Provide coaching and career development guidance to direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan
• 5+ years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to work with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
