What you will do

• Develop 18-month rolling demand plans at SKU and Category levels aligned with financial plans.
• Analyze demand data and consumer insights to adjust forecasts and identify trends.
• Perform root cause analysis of supply/demand issues and provide commercial solutions.
• Prepare demand data and generate reports to support the monthly S&OP process.
• Maintain inventory reporting and optimize stock levels to maximize sales and minimize liability risk.
• Conduct regular data integrity checks on demand planning master data fields.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Merchandising or Demand Planning.
• Retail experience required.
• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN, USA for hybrid work.
