What you will do

• Manage SKU/DC inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock, particularly during product transitions.
• Execute replenishment orders via SAP and manage stock transfers between ship-to locations.
• Coordinate with Supply and Demand Planning teams to handle new product introductions and end-of-life cycles.
• Optimize transportation costs by creating full truckload replenishment orders and improving cross-dock efficiency.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Monica, California.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Experience with EDI.
