What you will do

• Lead a team of 15–20 employees in a rotating shift environment to achieve production goals safely and effectively.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and MSHA workplace inspections to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage employee training, competency testing, and coaching to secure the production plan and minimize costs.
• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor main KPIs and use SAP to report conditions and minimize unplanned events.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Quincy, Florida, USA.
