What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop production associates to meet daily goals and quality standards.
- Oversee daily production to ensure targets for efficiency, output, and delivery are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through 5S and safety compliance.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as OEE and scrap rates, taking corrective action as needed.
- Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Requirements
- Must be available for the B shift (night shift).
- Must be based in or near Duncan, South Carolina.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
