Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Production Supervisor (Manufacturing): Overseeing and coordinating daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient, safe, and timely production in line with quality standards. Location: Ft.Wayne, IN, US. Must have the ability to work daily overtime and weekends as required. Must have the ability to work all three shifts.

What you will do

• Coordinate employee activities and assist in employee problem response and resolution.
• Assist in all items associated with the quality system and continuous improvements to the production program.
• Maintain acceptable customer quality standards and take necessary corrective action to improve.
• Meet production schedules, measure KPIs, and develop & implement countermeasures to meet KPIs.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping, safety, and general maintenance.
• Administer provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including coaching employees and administering discipline.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor degree in a applicable field and a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing supervisory role, or an equivalent number of work experience years as a production supervisor.
• Working knowledge in machine set-up and lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects.
• Must have the ability to work daily overtime and weekends as required.
• Must have the ability to work all three shifts.
• Must have excellent attendance record.
