Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Swiss-based global specialty chemicals company specializing in Care Chemicals, Catalysts, and Adsorbents & Additives.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 15–20 employees in a rotating shift environment to achieve production goals safely and effectively.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and MSHA workplace inspections to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop and coach employees, leading training initiatives to secure the production plan and minimize waste.
• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct competency testing for direct reports.
• Monitor main KPIs and utilize SAP to report conditions and provide recommendations to minimize unplanned events.
• Enforce high standards for housekeeping and adhere to company safety requirements and initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Quincy, Florida, USA.

• SAP experience.
