What you will do

• Map and redesign end-to-end creative workflows to identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI pipelines, prompt architectures, and agent workflows.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into existing DAMs, CMS platforms, and marketing technology stacks.
• Establish governance frameworks covering brand safety, compliance, and content rights management.
• Develop reusable accelerators and templates to evolve internal delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate directly with creative directors and stakeholders to ship solutions in real-time.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, production engineering, or applied AI.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, and content APIs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical stakeholder groups.
• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil

Nice to have

• Experience with the Adobe ecosystem, including Firefly, AEM, Workfront, and GenStudio.
• Experience embedding with client teams in consulting or agency transformation environments.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and automation frameworks.
