What you will do

• Map end-to-end creative workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement AI-powered pipelines that balance automation with human oversight.
• Integrate AI tools into existing ecosystems including DAM, CMS, and marketing technology stacks.
• Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, and quality control mechanisms for production scale.
• Define governance frameworks for brand safety, compliance, and content rights management.
• Train and enable client teams to adopt new technologies and workflows effectively.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, or applied AI.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience configuring creative AI tools and automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise content supply chain transformation.
• Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem products like Firefly, GenStudio, AEM, and Workfront.
• Background in consulting or agency environments with embedded client team experience.
