TL;DR
Forward Deployed Engineer (Ops) (AI): Assist post-onboarding customers in resolving technical issues and product questions while maximizing agentic AI workflows for complex decisioning. Focus on translating customer insights into product improvements, building reusable collateral and automations for the Customer Success team, and supporting the platform through strong API and data handling.
Location: Berlin Office (Hybrid; work from the NYC office at least three days per week)

What you will do
- Build a deep understanding of the platform and the value it delivers to customers.
- Support post-onboarding customers with technical problems and product inquiries, maximizing agentic AI workflows for complex decisioning.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn customer insights into product improvements.
- Leverage AI to create reusable collateral, best practices, tools, and automations for the Customer Success team.
- Develop strong relationships with core users inside customer teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Support or Solutions Engineer) in a B2B SaaS or client delivery environment.
- Familiarity with AI concepts including prompt engineering, large language models, and AI Agents.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Clear communication in English with a wide range of customer profiles.
- Open to a hybrid work model and able to work from the NYC office at least three days per week.
Nice to have
- Ability to navigate, query, and interpret complex systems and application logs.
- Domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.).
- Ability to occasionally work outside standard business hours.
- Portuguese communication to support Brazil clients.
