What you will do

• Embed with clients to design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions and LLM-based agents for specific business needs.
• Integrate AI into existing SDLC and business processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain production models for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Translate customer insights and technical challenges into feedback for internal product and engineering teams.
• Develop and share best practices for LLM implementation with partners and developer community.

Requirements

• Must be based in LatAm
• Write production-ready code in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of LLMs, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Experience architecting scalable API-driven apps with Docker, Flask, or FastAPI
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Expertise in AI/ML workflows, especially for voice and automation platforms
