What you will do

• Map and redesign end-to-end creative workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and implement AI platforms and tools within existing marketing technology ecosystems.
• Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, and automation layers for production scale.
• Develop and deploy production-ready solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Establish governance frameworks for brand safety, compliance, and auditability.
• Train and enable client teams to adopt new technologies and workflows.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, or applied AI.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with DAM systems, CMS platforms, and content APIs.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agentic workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with creative directors and technical stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable operating directly within operational environments rather than advisory roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe ecosystem products like Firefly, GenStudio, AEM, and Workfront.
• Background in consulting or agency-based enterprise transformation.
• Familiarity with content rights management and brand safety governance.
